Cancellation Policy
Please review all appointment policies before booking. These policies help protect appointment time and keep the schedule running smoothly.
Deposit Required
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
No deposit = no appointment.
Your deposit will go toward your service total.
Late Arrivals
- 10 minutes late: $15 late fee
- 15 minutes late: appointment will be cancelled
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you cancel 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.
- If you cancel within 24 hours, a new deposit will be required to rebook.
No-Shows / Last-Minute Cancellations
Clients who do not show up or cancel last minute will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
